In almost all cases, a single application enables moderate to heavy accumulations of brake dust to be fully removed without the need for any agitation, leaving your wheels looking like new. This process can be seen to be working with the naked eye, as the initially light pink solution rapidly turns burgundy as it dissolves any brake dust and iron contaminants it comes into contact with. Also worth noting is that Nanolex Wheel Cleaner & Iron Remover comprises a highly viscous gel, meaning that it clings on to where you spray it, rather than running off on to the floor. You simply spray it on, leave it to dwell for 2-3 minutes and rinse it off. Job done!

Nanolex Wheel Cleaner & Iron Remover is a highly effective and extremely fast-acting cleaner that dissolves brake dust and other iron-rich contaminants upon contact. It does this using a powerful neutralised acid salt, which chemically reduces iron particles into a soluble form, making them easy to rinse away with water. As a result, Nanolex Wheel Cleaner & Iron Remover is less aggressive than traditional acidic wheel cleaners, but equally as effective in terms of cleaning power. A built-in colour change mechanism (which turns the product from light pink to burgundy) indicates when iron particles have been dissolved and can be safely rinsed away. Thanks to its gel-like composition, Nanolex Wheel Cleaner & Iron Remover clings to wheel surfaces with ease. This extends its working time and minimises the need for agitation in all but the most extreme cases.

How To Use
Nanolex Wheel Cleaner & Iron Remover comes pre-diluted to the correct strength for safe use on all wheel types, and should thus be used neat. For best results, we recommend that it is sprayed on liberally and then left to dwell for 2-3 minutes; during this interval the initially translucent pink gel will rapidly turn burgundy as ferrous compounds and sintered iron particles dissolve into solution (this effect can be very pronounced, but don't panic because it's quite normal and to be expected). Although Nanolex Wheel Cleaner & Iron Remover is essentially a touchless cleaner, you may agitate it using suitable brushes and/or a microfibre wash mitt if you wish (ideal choices include the Microfiber Madness Incredibrush, Braun Automotive Wheel Woolies and the Microfiber Madness Incrediflair). After 2-3 minutes rinse the cleaner off thoroughly with a stream of water and dry your wheels off in the normal way. Note that if the burgundy residue has started to dry out you may need to use a stronger jet of water from a pressure washer in order to remove it fully.
