Adults (19 years and older): 8 Sprays 1-6 times per day. (1 serving = 8 sprays = 1.5 mL) Take and hold 8 sprays for a few minutes in the back of the throat every 2 hours as required, not to exceed 48 sprays per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
