Encounter is a vibrant, jewel toned eyeshadow that's perfect to accentuate your eyes. Don't be scared of this beautiful rich purple. It goes on easily and blends well.  It can be applied dry with a brush or sponge tip applicator for a light color wash or wet for an even richer finish. Long wearing color give eyes a great "pop" of color. Its the perfect little size to stash in your cosmetic bag. Don't let the bright color throw you, you can add it sparingly and blend it out to soften it.
